How do I know it is safe to purchase and consume the pastries?
We are a home-based WSQ Food Safety and Hygiene certified business. All products are produced in accordance to NEA’s food handling regulation.
What are the various storage methods for each of the products and how long can they last?
Cheesecakes: To be kept refrigerated at all times (not frozen), and best to be consumed within 3 days upon receipt.
Mochi Cheesecakes: To be kept refrigerated at all times (not frozen), and must be consumed within 2-3 days to prevent mochi from losing its chewiness/texture.
French Madeleines: To be stored at room temperature for up to 4 days upon receipt.
Florentine Cookies: To be stored at room temperature for up to 4 days upon receipt.
Are the products halal-friendly?
Unfortunately, we are not halal-certified.
How can I select my preferred delivery / self-collection date and time?
Kindly refer to available delivery / self-collection date(s) upon checking out your orders. Please note that delivery timing is strictly between 2pm – 4pm while self-collection is between 1pm – 4pm.
What is the pre-order period?
An advanced order of at least 3 working days before delivery / self-collection date is required for all products.
